One of the great things about visiting Abu Dhabi is the fabulous choice of top quality places to dine. Whatever you want from a restaurant Abu Dhabi is pretty much guaranteed to be able to provide you with your wish.
Italian lovers should head to Bice pronounced bee-chay, at the Hilton International Hotel. Bice is a far cry from the cheap pizza and pasta cafes that pop up in most cities. Booking is normally essential and this restaurant not only has its own bar, outside the restaurant for you to wait for other members of your group, but it also has a well stocked wine room, for you to choose the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
Fish Lovers in Abu Dhabi really have to toss a coin to decide between Finz, the fabulous new restaurant at the Beach Rotana Hotel and The Fish Market at the newly upgraded Intercontinental Hotel. Both restaurants offer some great dishes. The Fish Market as the name suggests allows you to choose from the best of the days catch and then decide upon which cooking style you prefer. Finz not only has one the Abu Dhabi's most elegant restaurants but a menu to match.
If you are dining out on a Friday lunch time, then a worth consideration is definitely the Al Fanar rotating restaurant at Le Royal Meridien. Take in the vista of the city whilst sipping champagne, choosing from local dishes or a full cooked English breakfast. The Jazz Bar behind Hemingways Pub at the Hilton International Hotel, is not just for a late night drink. The food served here is some of the best in the city, and eating here will also allow you to bag one of the best tables in the room. If the evening temperature is perfect why not dine out at Talay at the far end of the Village at the Meridien Hotel. Delicate Thai Food specially prepared to your order. Be sure to ask for a table outside if the weather is cool enough.
